Jacob Meagher is a barrister and academic with extensive experience across higher education, school disputes, employment, professional regulation, and equality law.

He has lectured at UCL, KCL, LSE, the University of London, Magdalene College Cambridge, is a former Oxbridge interviewer and examiner, a past member of the Cambridge Law Faculty Board, and has sat on student and staff disciplinary panels at many UK universities.

Uniquely qualified at the bar he has taken claims on behalf of  clients against multiple Russell Group universities, chartered professional bodies, acted for academic members of staff, and has himself brought consumer law and Equality Act claims in the County and High Court, and obtained multiple injunctions preventing adverse action.
